How do I report an issue on the website?
If you encounter a technical problem or an issue on the website, you can report it as follows:
• Click the “Contact” tab in the website footer.
• Fill out the contact form detailing the problem.

Our team will strive to respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the "Log in" button at the top right of the page. You will be redirected to Discord to log in to Boufton.com.

Important: You need a Discord account with a verified email address.
How do I change the website's language?
You can change the website's language by clicking the flag icon in the menu at the bottom of the page.
Tracking
How does it work?
After adding a character, you can manage your quest step-by-step or in overview mode, depending on your preferences.

You can also use the + and - buttons to update your monster counters.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile. There, you will find a button to delete your account.

⚠️ Warning: All your data will be permanently deleted. You can re-register later, but your data cannot be recovered.
How do I make my profile visible or invisible to the community?
In your profile, you will find a button to make your profile visible or invisible to the community.

Important: Your profile will remain accessible via a direct link but will be removed from the member list in the “Community” tab.
Community
Is it possible to block another player?
Yes! To do so, go to the person’s profile and click on the “Block” button.

Once blocked, that person will no longer be able to send you messages, and you won’t be able to send them messages either.
How does the calendar work?
You can organize or join a Kralamoure opening. As an organizer, you can add a message for participants.

As a member, you can join an opening to confirm your participation. You can also write comments, view participants, and check their profiles.
Messaging
How do I send messages?
To send a message to another user, go to their profile and click the “Message” button. Enter your message and validate. A new conversation will automatically be created with that member.

To reply to a message, click on the “Messaging” tab and select the desired conversation. You can then communicate directly within it.
How do I delete a conversation?
To leave and delete a conversation, right-click on it and select “Leave conversation”.

Your interlocutor will be informed that you have ended the discussion. To send new messages, you will need to create a new conversation.
Profile
How do I change my description?
1. Hover over your username in the menu and click “My Profile”.
2. Once on your profile, select “Edit my description”.

⚠️ Your description can contain up to 500 characters. Advertisements, illegal content, insults, or any inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
Who can see my profile?
Your profile is visible by default to all community members. However, you can make it invisible via your profile settings.

If your profile is invisible:
• It will no longer appear in the member list.
• It will remain accessible only via a direct link or in discussions where you are involved.

This allows you to control your visibility while remaining active on the site.
